Howdy from Texas! Yea Ha - or Yahoo...
Anyway, I snapped a few pictures tonight of a family of Dasypodidae's were making there way through the neighborhood - probably headed over to the park and the creek. I've noticed a lot of lawns torn up by these harmless animals - grubbing for worms or whatever. When it gets dry and it has been dry lately, the Dasypodidae's usually are seen in greater numbers. If your going to live in Texas, then you certainly better get used to seeing Armadillos... In a strange sort of Texas way, they are kinda cute... The neighbors dog instinctively tried to round them up...
